Oh My Subs! ("we", "our", or "the app") is a subscription tracking app built by Elonforge. This policy explains how we handle your information.

            The short version: We only collect what's needed to run the app. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. You can delete everything at any time.
        

1. Information We Collect

Account information:

Email address (for authentication)
Display name
Profile photo URL (if you sign in with Google)

Subscription data you enter:

Subscription names, costs, billing cycles, and categories
Notification preferences

Automatically collected:

Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs — disabled in debug mode
Device token for push notification delivery

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the subscription tracking service
To send you notification reminders about upcoming renewals
To fix crashes and improve app stability

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than running the app.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). All data is:

Encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Encrypted at rest by Google Cloud
Isolated per user — you can only access your own data

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third-party services that process data on our behalf are:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, crash reporting
Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google

5. Your Rights

You can at any time:

Access all your data within the app
Update your profile and subscription information
Delete your account from Settings — this permanently removes all your data (subscriptions, notifications, profile, and authentication record)

6. Children's Privacy

Oh My Subs! is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
